SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Ferroah. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on eligible orders — applicable thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with reputable courier and logistics partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ekart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner's website or app to track your order in real time.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ferroah.com or +91 9997674933. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@ferroah.com and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 5–7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
